How can we heal PCOD/PCOS naturally?
As everyone explained, it can be only cured by lifestyle change.
Start walking, weight lifting, hiking, swimming, any sports, (anyone or the combination, whichever you can do) and yoga in moderate phase (don't exert yourself with pressure).
Eat good protein and more green leaves in your diet. Avoid overeating and carbs.
Moringa, fenugreek, ivy gourd, amaranthus, gonkura, milk thistle, dandelion etc.. can be consumed as leaves, helps in regulating the blood circulation, which is very important for uterus health.
'Uchellu' jeera, fenugreek seeds, 'kaadu jeera', carrom seeds, kalonji seeds, tulsi seeds, til seeds etc..are good in inducing periods. Start consuming anyone with small quantities and check for the effects. Excess of these seeds, might lower your sugar level and leads to fatigue.
A lot of other herbs also available, like Ashoka and Arjuna, but use it, after you consult a good Ayurvedic practitioner, as a lot of fake people are in this area of medicine.
Papaya, amla, jamun, pomegranate, pineapple, grapes, aloevera and all citrus fruits are good for uterus health. Take a cup everyday whichever is available.
Drink water atleast 2 ltrs everyday. Hydration is more important in PCOD/PCOS. Tulsi, cinnamon, turmeric, fenugreek, lemon and ginger can be used for infusion in water. Will helps in clearing the blood.
Neem is also good, until you get your regular period and if you want to get conceive, avoid neem.
Above all be stress free. Be relaxed and have an accepting mind, on all the things on this earth.
