A new "Logout" option was spotted under Account Settings. When selected, a pop-up offers two choices:

According to early reports, the new Logout option will be found under Settings > Account. Once you tap it, a pop-up will appear with two choices:

Choosing the first option will simply log you out without touching your chats, settings, or groups — just like temporarily uninstalling the app. The second one is for those who want a clean slate.

Since this feature was found via APK teardown, it’s still in development. There’s no guarantee it will be available in a public release — but the signs are promising.
