Google Photos makes it ridiculously easy.
Just tap the [+] icon > Highlight Video, and then choose what you want to include:

It’ll remove photos and videos that have already been safely backed up to the cloud. You still get to view them anytime in your library, while giving your phone some much-needed breathing room. 📲
